Books

Ranked by score: one point per person who recommended it, plus half a point if they called it a favorite. From a thread about the item itself, at most 5 people count, so one viral discussion can’t outrank years of steady recommendations. How it works

      Made by Joshua Fonseca Rivera (@jfonsecarivera on X). Inspired by Andrej Karpathy's HackerTube, which does the same for YouTube videos. Comments come from the open-index/hacker-news dataset (ODC-By 1.0). Recommendations were read and grouped by Claude Haiku 5.5 and Claude Sonnet 5.5.
